This is 9 month old Darcy who came in to see us having eaten Gorilla expanding foam. Definitely a first for us and most probably for Darcy too! Another first is the treatment we used to make Darcy sick to help get rid of what she shouldn’t have eaten. Instead of using a traditional emetic injection, Darcy is the first patient to receive a new eye drop treatment we’ve just introduced at 387 Vets which induces vomiting in under 10 minutes. The benefits are that it’s easy to administer and there’s no needle required!
The eye drops did the trick and we’re pleased to report that beautiful Darcy left just as bouncy, bubbly and eager to say hello to everyone as when she came in! No more ingested firsts please Darcy!
