We are delighted to announce that the winner of Practice Manager of the Year 2019 at the prestigious Petplan Veterinary Awards last night was …. our Practice Manager Rachel! Massive congratulations on such an amazing achievement! The glitzy awards ceremony was compered by Dead Ringers comedian and impressionist Jon Culshaw, and all the awards were presented in between the various courses of the evening meal to keep the suspense running right through until the last award (Practice of the Year) was presented sometime after 11pm!
Each category is judged by an independent panel made up of leading people from the veterinary industry, and in the case of the 2019 Practice Manager award, the President of the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS), the Junior Vice President of the Veterinary Management Group (VMG) and last year’s winner of Practice Manager of the Year. The judges particularly praised Rachel’s strong focus on team and individual support and development, and all her investment into wellbeing at 387 Vets. Rachel makes such a difference behind the scenes to life in practice. We’re so thrilled she has won this award!
