Baby rescue!

Baby birds

These tiny baby birds were brought in to 387 Vets yesterday. They can’t fly yet and had fallen from their nest which was too high up for them to be replaced.  Garden Bird Rescue have taken them in to rear them and think, at first glance, they may be baby robins.  Time will tell!  A baby blackbird was also brought in yesterday – it had fledged but had been caught by a cat.  However, it was rescued with no apparent injuries and was really bright and singing away in the practice before going to Garden Bird Rescue too.  Beautiful! No baby birds for ages and then three come along in one day!
