Poor Winky was out having a play in the garden with his brother Dinky just after Christmas when he hurt his leg. On examination, the front of the 9 month old Jack Russell pup’s shin bone had detached and required emergency surgery. Ouch! Not a great end to 2013! Winky was back for a post-op check up on Saturday, is putting weight on his leg when walking and we’re really pleased with his recovery.
