If you go down to the vets today…


We’re just coming to the end of the first week of our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Throughout September, we’re asking all clients coming for a vet or vet nurse appointment if they would mind completing a quick questionnaire after their consultation.  The idea is to gain valuable feedback about the service we currently offer and to find out if there is anything we could be doing better for you and your pets.  We’ll keep you posted on general feedback in due course.  Exciting stuff!
