A huge thank you to our Operations Manager Jo who has made us a beautiful Christmas cake, as she does every year, for the team to tuck into in the final week’s lead up to the big day. Needless to say, the cake no longer looks like this but has already been partially sliced! We wonder whether it will last for the duration before we close for Christmas Day and Boxing Day!
