Maine Coone Jojo (a former pet of the month) came in to see us on Saturday morning for a caesarian as she was showing all the signs of labour, but no babies were coming out! Hamish gave her some oxytocin to stimulate contractions and popped her into our cat ward for observation, and to give her peace and calm. By 10am, we were delighted that Jojo had given birth to 3 beautiful kittens all by herself. Well done Jojo!
