A huge welcome to our new receptionist Michael Sargent who joined 387 Vets just this Monday, taking our dedicated reception team to a new total of four! Coming from his role as receptionist in a busy GP surgery, Michael is really experienced in handling health enquiries, booking appointments and supporting people with compassion and empathy when life springs medically challenging news as well as celebrating the exciting highs. And as a former store assistant at Pets at Home, Michael is already familiar with working in a pet-related environment and can’t wait to meet more of your pets! We’ve known Michael for some time as a client of the practice, and know he will be a great asset to our existing reception team in delivering excellent customer care to you and your pets.
