Some of you may have noticed a new face at 387 Vets! We’re really excited to welcome Rachael Turner to the practice, who joins us as an additional Registered Veterinary Nurse, taking our qualified nursing team to a new total of seven. 18 years qualified, Rachael has a wealth of experience working across all nursing disciplines in small animal practice. She loves theatre nursing and in-patient care and is holder of a Veterinary Nursing Certificate in Emergency and Critical Care. And she is equally as passionate about her nurse consulting and helping owners to help their pets maintain optimum health and wellbeing. In her previous post, Rachael was responsible for setting up and running feline and canine behavioural first aid nurse consultations, and was also her practice’s dedicated Feline Nurse Advocate. And she deserves huge congratulations as she has recently passed the International Society of Feline Medicine’s Advanced Certificate in Feline Behaviour, with a distinction no less! We’re delighted to have Rachael on board and we know she can’t wait to meet you and your pets!
