If you’ve popped into practice in the last fortnight, you may have met our new receptionist Holly Smith. Holly has a first class degree in Event Management and has a wide variety of customer-facing and problem-solving experience. She took an optional placement year in business at university which included reception and administration work as well as cold calling, graduate support, team liaison and administration. And being an events manager post graduation means that she’s good at responding to change and challenge at short notice. Great skills to have as you can never predict what a day on reception will be like! As former shift leader at a pub in Brewood, Holly is also super friendly and loves getting to know people. And with a cockerpoo puppy of her own, needless to say she loves pets too! We can’t wait for Holly to meet you and your four-legged friends!
