A special good morning to Border Collie Sam who was in again at 387 Vets today for his fortnightly injection. Sam suffers from a very rare inherited condition specific to Border Collies – so rare in fact, he is the only case Hamish has seen in 15 years of practice. His gut is unable to absorb vitamin B12 and without regular vitamin B12 injections, Sam loses appetite and weight, becomes weak and fails to thrive. The injections are obviously working as he is loving his post injection treat! Good boy Sam!
