We’re really excited for our vet Selenia, as this week marks the beginning of her Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Dentistry. It’s a brand new year-long qualification, and Selenia is one of only 20 delegates to be accepted onto this exciting inaugural course.
This week, Selenia is attending the first of three practical sessions over the course. From tomorrow, she will be spending three intensive, hands-on practical dental training days at a special centre in Warwickshire, where the focus will be on cat and dog tooth extraction and the fundamentals of periodontal disease.
We can’t wait for her to come back into practice next week to hear how she got on!
