Thank you everyone for your ongoing patience while we get used to our new practice management system. We went live yesterday, are still going through implementation, and are all on a learning curve! Apologies if you have had to wait a little longer than usual to be seen or for a query or transaction to be dealt with.

Please remember to ring the doorbell when you arrive to let us know you are here for your appointment or have arrived to collect your prescription or food order, as we may not always spot you!

And please don’t be shy to ring the doorbell if you’re worried you may have been overlooked at any stage of your visit, and one of our team will come out to you.
