Sadly, we have seen four cases of Myxomatosis in the last week.  Please do be aware that domestic rabbits can catch this life-threatening disease and that it doesn’t only affect rabbits in the wild.  As the virus is easily transferable  – from fleas and biting insects – vaccination is strongly advised.  Just one injection, any time from 5 weeks of age, will protect your rabbit against Myxomatosis (and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease) for 12 months – and give you peace of mind.
