Henry and William were born and raised in South Africa, and lived in Cape Town where they had the freedom to run for miles including lots of dog walks on Table Mountain. Contrast this with 6 months confined in quarantine to be able to enter the UK. Thankfully, quarantine will now be applicable to even fewer pets travelling abroad with the new Pet Travel Scheme rules which come into force on 1 January 2012.
