About us:

387 Veterinary Centre is an independent, small animal, single site veterinary practice located in South Staffordshire. In May 2021, excitingly, we extended our facilities and opened The West Midlands Cat Clinic – an interconnecting cat-only, cat-centric vet facility to reduce feline stress on visits to the vets. Both are run by our brilliant 387 team.

Everything we do is gauged at delivering high quality professional care for companion animals coupled with a personal service for their owners. This is one of the reasons we’re a former Petplan Practice of the Year winner, with three of our team members also winning their own respective role categories. We remain the only practice to win three of the five main awards on the same night in the history of the event!

387 Veterinary Centre and The West Midlands Cat Clinic are owned and run by Advanced Practitioner and Clinical Director Hamish Duncan. The team includes seven qualified RVNs and seven veterinary surgeons, four with additional postgraduate qualifications. We actively support CPD and niche interests and invest in cutting-edge equipment to enable us to perform to the best of our ability and give best diagnostic and surgical service to our patients.

As well as developing individual clinical skills, we are also invested in team wellbeing. We were the first vet practice in the UK to hold Platinum Investors in People Accreditation and were delighted to be re-awarded platinum status in 2019, current until December 2023. In addition, 387 Vets were winners of an inaugural SPVS/ RCVS Mind Matters Wellbeing Award, being highly commended again in 2019.
