A huge shout out to gorgeous guinea pig Clover who makes 387 history! Clover came in to see us with a swollen belly and she didn’t seem herself and wasn’t really eating. We established poor Clover was suffering with huge ovarian cysts, so we took her into theatre to carry out a guinea pig spay. Our first in practice memory! We removed the ovaries as well as the cysts to avoid the potential of the problem recurring.
Clover was in for her post-op check just over a week ago and we’re delighted to report she is doing really well. What a superstar!
